Lamb Meatballs with Coriander

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 2 cl garlic, fine mince
- 1 ea shallot, fine mince
- 1 ea egg, beaten
- 1 t ginger, grated
- 1 1/2 t cornstarch
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/2 t ground allspice
- 1/2 t ground cinnamon
- 1/4 t ground cumin
- 1/4 t ground coriander
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t ground black pepper
- hummus
Instructions
- Mix the seasonings into the beaten egg, then mix with the lamb and form into small meatballs.
- Brown the meatballs in skillet, then finish in the oven at 350 degrees.
- Plate and serve with hummus.
